Trenna is an empathetic individual who loves working with people in a caring, non-judgemental way. She has over 30 years’ experience in the education sector, including as Program Director in a tertiary setting, and more recently as a School Support Officer in a primary school.

Trenna has a keen interest in assisting people to flourish and so completed a Graduate Diploma of Counselling at Tabor College and is currently enrolled in a Master of Counselling Practice.

Trenna understands that life has its ups and downs.  Her counselling areas of interest include Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy. These therapies support people to grow in self-awareness, empowering them to make choices based on their own values and strengths despite the ‘storms’ that may be occurring in their life.

Trenna is a practicing Christian and is happy to work with clients who wish to integrate their faith perspective into their therapy.
