Sue Christie-Taylor

Master of Counselling Practice (current), Graduate Diploma Intensive Nursing Science, Graduate Certificate in Neonatal Intensive Care, Diploma Nursing and Midwifery

Sue is a registered nurse who is currently doing her masters in counselling.

After more than 30 years of working with babies, children and families, Sue has decided to change her focus from helping people recover physically, to helping them recover emotionally. Her focus is recovery from the grief and loss experienced from illness or disability as well as helping those with stressful work situations, suffering from vicarious trauma, burnout or harassment in the workplace.

Using Emotion Focused Therapy and a person-centred approach, Sue aims to provide a safe, caring, therapeutic space, in which to foster self-awareness, personal growth and transformation.

On the personal side, Sue is married with two adult children and volunteers with her dog to provide animal therapy in palliative care.
