Silvana has been involved in education and training for the last 20 years, especially in the areas of ESL, LLNP and Pathways into Education programs. She has extensive experience working with refugees and migrant communities, as well as culturally diverse groups. She has lived and worked in several countries before migrating to Australia 21 years ago. Silvana understands the challenges of re-settling and beginning again, whether due to geographical relocation, divorce, loss or new beginnings. She is also very familiar with the grief and trauma caused by military combat.  Silvana is very passionate about assisting people through challenging times, and  takes a practical, gentle and friendly approach to maximise optimum development and achieve desired outcomes.
