Understanding who we are, what is important to us and how we want to be in this world are central to Michelle’s counselling approach. After a tragic or traumatic event, or even gradually over time, we can lose a sense of who we are which can leave us feeling shut off from ourselves and consequently, often from others. For some of us, we may never have felt truly connected to ourselves. Michelle has extensive professional experience in providing leadership to people from a range of backgrounds and with different needs, managing difficult workplace change and human resources along with personal experience providing support in areas such as trauma, sexual and gender identity, addiction and what is commonly known as an ‘existential crisis’ – where we question the meaning and purpose of life. Michelle will listen with openness and compassion to support you as you seek to find wholeness and your own personal way of being in the world.
