“Life is a journey, not a destination” – Ralph Waldo Emerson

Lizzie recognises that sometimes we need support in our own personal journey. Part of being human is experiencing painful, stressful, or challenging events throughout life, that makes the journey tough. Since becoming a mum to three and her own life experiences, Lizzie understands the need for sharing the struggles in a supportive environment.

Using an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) framework, Lizzie can offer a non-judgemental, compassionate, and empathic approach to her client’s individual stories.

Drawing on her previous professional experience in paediatric & emergency nursing and midwifery care, Lizzie can offer a safe space to explore any issue. Lizzie has a special interest in women’s health and pregnancy/birth related issues, children and adolescents, as well as grief and loss.
