Life is a struggle. Your challenges may range from anxiety and depression to relationship difficulties, mood issues, or you may feel overwhelmed by life.

I offer a safe place to share your thoughts, emotions, challenges, and insights. I want to help you know yourself to find clarity, calm, courage, and compassion, to then get on with doing life well.

My experience in disability and education is grounded in listening to understand people. So, I am empathic, compassionate, non-judgmental, and enthusiastic to see you thrive.

I work as an integrative therapist, drawing from psychology theory and techniques to support individual needs. Methods may include Cognitive Behaviour Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution Focussed Therapy.
