Kira is a warm, empathetic, and engaging counsellor.

Her own life journey and experience has given her an understanding and compassion for people dealing with a range of issues. She is enthusiastic to see people empowered to live their lives well and provides a safe space for people to work through life’s challenges.

Kira has a particular interest in working with children and adolescents, and has extensive experience in working alongside young people in mentoring and leadership roles.

Kira is willing to work with clients who wish to integrate their Christian faith as a resource during counselling.  She uses an integrated therapeutic approach in her counselling, particularly drawing from Cognitive Behaviour Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy. Kira is dedicated to working holistically with her clients, exploring the different facets which contribute to a person’s wellbeing.
