Walk your journey with me.

As difficult and dark as it is, there is hope and light in the midst of chaos.

I embrace life with what I have. As a parent, friend, wife, worker, human, woman and other roles in one, I aim to sit with where you are at and find meaning in your space.

I embrace spirituality, creativity and intellectuality. Emotions and feelings have an important role in our cognitions. A seasoned migrant, I value cultures, diversity and respect, particularly respecting the traditional owners of this meaningful country. If spirituality is not your thing, that can be explored or left at the doorstep. Open to explore your creative space and inner world, I am honoured to be able to share your vulnerabilities and strengths that make you unique. My approach is integrative, person-centred and my interests are in grief, loss, attachment and trauma-informed practices.

After years working in client services, operational and administration in small to large organisations, I found my niche that is to work with individuals in the mental health space. I have volunteered many years in community churches, and currently, in two not-for-profit organisations, one, supporting women and the other, in family mediation.

I look forward to sharing this journey with you.
