Issues of relationships, anxiety and depression, grief and loss, faith and spirituality, identity and other life concerns are often best understood in the presence of another. It is Emma’s joy to walk alongside people with kindness and insight to promote the growth and change they are seeking.

Enjoying nature, movement and creativity, Emma works with the whole person in unique ways to encourage engagement with the healing process that flows into moments of every day. Hope-filled, Emma draws from attachment theory and trauma-informed practice while using creative therapies to connect with each unique person, keeping them safe while addressing concerns.
