Cheryl had a career has a professional ballet and contemporary dancer. She has lived and worked in many countries in Europe, giving her insight into cross-cultural living. Cheryl has extensive experience working as a dance teacher and arts mentor, and as a pastoral care worker.
Cheryl is married with 2 adult children. Her son was born with a rare genetic disorder and autism. The experience of raising a child with complex medical needs and autism has resulted in empathy and understanding when helping others to flourish despite difficult life circumstances. Cheryl uses an integrated therapeutic approach to counselling to help individuals find meaning and purpose in their lives.
