Bronte has been helping individuals find greater peace and healing for over 2 decades. Having worked for many years within the field of addiction, she has worked with individuals who face a multitude of life’s challenges. Currently living in Sri Lanka, she has a deepening understanding of various cultural and spiritual practices and is particularly interested in helping her clients to heal and recover, as well as develop a deeper understanding of themselves.
Bronte has a strong person centred approach, working with compassion focused therapy, cognitive behavioural therapy and utilises mindfulness and grounding techniques. Bronte believes that being free to explore oneself in a safe and non-judgemental space is imperative, and aims to bring a sense of kindness, strength, presence and a fierce appreciation for the confidential nature of the therapeutic alliance.
