Bridget has worked in the helping profession as a nurse, midwife and child health for over 40 years and provides a supportive caring environment for people to feel accepted and heard as they journey through life’s problems. Through this process Bridget aims to help clients become self - aware both individually and within relationships, working within an attachment- based approach in a non-judgmental way providing a safe space to explore their current issues.

She has experience in working with woman and children in parenting, family separation, relationship issues, woman’s health and wellbeing , grief and loss as well as migration using acceptance and commitment therapy and a trauma informed approach.
