Anne takes an integrative approach to counselling for children, adolescents and adults, offering a caring, empathic and compassionate support to her clients who are facing challenges in life’s journey.  She applies non-directive, person centred approach, utilising a variety of counselling methods to suit individual needs, so that clients are guided to the rediscovery of their inner resources and strengths, as well as learning new skills.

Anne specialises in life transitions, workplace and school bullying, anxiety, depression, loss and grief, brain health, cognitive decline and relationship coaching. With over 30 years as a teacher, Anne has extensive experience with school related issues, including learning difficulties, assisting students and their family.

She is also a clinical hypnotherapist and registered with the NDIS to provide supports and counselling. Anne also has a passion for nutrition and herbal medicine.
